Request a room away from the street for a tranquil night, as some rooms face a busy road that can disrupt sleep.

The location of Hotel Ferrari is fantastic. It's a short walk to the train station. My room was clean with a comfortable twin setup, and I appreciated the balcony, although it can get a bit noisy due to the main road and the nearby train line. The breakfast had a great assortment. I especially loved the coffee. The staff were supportive and allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, a huge help. The room was on the small side, and anyone taller might find the shower a tight squeeze. It would be great if there were more options for hot drinks in the room. A solid stay with room for minor improvements.

Some rooms are smaller than expected. The Wi-Fi connection is inconsistent, which could really use improvement. Hot water supply is limited during peak times, causing inconvenience!!!

The attention and very good advice given by a number of staff members. The free WiFi, the clean rooms and the general comfort.
The Hotel is due for a tv upgrade and a couple of English speaking channels. The rate was exceptional though and I would return.

the hotel is close to the chiavari train station (5min on foot) and is close to the unpaid free beach (7 min). Hotel restaurant is really amazing! you should definetly have dinner there atleast once! seafood ofcourse! staff are very welcoming and tried their best to advice us on what to do. they know more though of paid beaches, so you should reseach yourself on where the closest unpaid beach is (right next to the port just a pass away from the hotel). staff also adviced us on friday market around the corner! and you can get ferry tickets right at the reception.
hotel has free wifi, but unfortunately we did not have a notebook, and the hotel does not offer an internet corner. but the staff allowed us to check our emails on their computer which was very nice of them!

Handy locations to beach, train and shopping. Nice and modern, very friendly helpful staff and clean facilities.
Being on a busy road there is a fair degree of road noise

The staff was very accomodating and helpful and the room was adequate for what we paid.
The location was horrible. The traffic noise we might have been able to deal with but the train going by on a regular basis was not something we expected to put up with. We would not recommend this hotel to other because of the noise.

The hotel was ideally located, just a five-minute walk from the train station, providing easy access to surrounding towns like Cinque Terre and Portofino. The staff were really good, accommodating my request to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Each morning, I enjoyed the breakfast with a wonderful selection and really good cappuccinos. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room comfort added to the positive experience.

We loved how close the hotel is to the railway station. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the cappuccinos! It was a great spot for our family to enjoy time together, including our grandson.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.
